  • When choosing the Omniva parcel terminal as the delivery method, the Product will arrive at the parcel selected by the User within 5 working days after sending the order confirmation to the User's e-mail address. shelf life. The parcels are open 24 hours. The product is stored in the parcel terminal for 7 calendar days. After the expiration of the mentioned term, the Product is sent back to the store. In case the User does not remove the Product within the above-mentioned term, the User is obliged to reimburse the costs related to re-sending the Product.

Receipt of goods on site in our Butterfly store:
  • Price of the service - free of charge.
  • The shipment can be received from us, Blaumaņa Street 9. You can receive the order from us on the spot after placing the order (after 2 working days) on working days from 11:00 to 19:00. It is recommended to remove the shipment within 5 working days from the moment of placing the order.
  • We would like to inform you, if the product is not removed in our store within 5 working days, the order will be canceled and the money will be returned.
